Trueroom Design provides interior design concepts created for a specific room, based on photos and information you submit. Each concept includes a curated selection of products intended to achieve the look shown, along with links to purchase those products from third-party retailers.
We do not perform installation, construction, contracting, or in-person services of any kind. We do not purchase products on your behalf. Concepts assume walls, windows, doors, and ceilings remain unchanged — we do not plan or recommend structural changes.
Pricing for each service tier is listed on the site at the time of purchase. Payment is due at the time you submit your request. The Dream Bigger add-on can be purchased after an initial reveal without a new intake.
Typical delivery is 3–5 business days from a complete submission. Delivery times may vary if a designer needs additional information from you first.
All prices, product availability, and shipping costs referenced in a reveal are estimates based on retailer pricing at the time the concept was created, and are subject to change without notice. Trueroom Design is not responsible for price changes, discontinued items, or shipping delays from third-party retailers.
Because each reveal is custom work created specifically for your room, completed reveals are generally non-refundable. If something goes materially wrong with your order, contact us — we want to make it right.
Trueroom Design is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of a design concept, including but not limited to purchasing decisions, installation outcomes, or product defects from third-party retailers.
